Revenge Served Cold

Jackie Fullerton has written a fun, funny, exciting, mystery in "Revenge Served Cold".

Kathy Spence loves her law professor husband, Elliott. She longs to have his child, but has been unsuccessful in getting pregnant. When a former boyfriend from her college days shows up, demanding she run away with him, the meeting leaves her frightened and bruised. She has been drinking heavily, when the police arrives at her door, informing her that Elliott has been killed by a hit and run driver, and she becomes the chief suspect.

When her friend Shirley asks law student Anne Marshal to look into the murder, the question arises, will Anne be able to solve the case in time?

Along with her study group, and the help of her deceased attorney father, Anne is convinced that Kathy is being framed, but can she prove it without sounding completely nuts?

This was terrific fun, it really set me up and took me for a ride. Now I need to read the first book of the series, "Piercing the Veil".

I hope Jackie Fullerton has many more stories to tell!

I received this book from Rebecca at The Cadence Group, for review. Thanks so much!
