Dry Ice

Stephen White has done it again in this latest Alan Gregory thriller. I love these books, partly because they are set in Boulder, Colorado, but mostly because White writes with such a true voice. When Dr. Alan Gregory finds a patient waiting in his new zen-like waiting room, covered in blood, things start going very wrong in every aspect of his life. His wife, fighting MS is distant, his neighbor is visiting a war zone, his best friend is in the middle of a sensitive case, and can't talk to him, and people start dying. When the finger of guilt is pointed his way, Gregory has to scramble to find the real killer (an old nemesis) and clear his name. This put the thrill in thriller for me. A fabulous storyteller!

I have never tried a Stephen White book as of yet. I have heard so many good things about him.
