Having a "Dell" of a time

No picture, maybe one with smoke coming out of my ears, but no happy Dell logo. I ordered my new computer over a month ago and it has been delayed 3 times. The famous Dell customer service is nowhere in sight. I called 3 times and emailed once only to have my issue escalated to a person who simply cannot be understood, in India. No I cannot get any compensation, no I cannot get free expedited delivery, no I cannot cancel. Now what can you do Dell?? Charge me I am sure.
My level of frustration is bordering on psychotic. I just want to yell at someone, in AMERICA!

  1. I completely sympathize. When I had my Dell, I couldn't get them to understand that I knew what I was doing, I knew what part I needed (a new battery I think), and that they simply needed to send it to me. They insisted on going through all the steps on their help sheet to try to fix the problem. I will never get a Dell again.

  2. I haven't had a Dell in a while; my last one had too many problems. I'm sorry. I hope they manage to get it to you sooon. What a hassle!
