Just in time

This set of book and journal came just in time. I keep getting fatter and fatter, or as I would say fluffier and fluffier, and my Doctor has been on my butt to raise my good stuff and lower my bad stuff, and who knows what. I swear they are making stuff up, these Doctors! Every time you go to the Doctor, they have new words and new things that we NEED. Eat this, don't eat this, bread is bad, bread is good, apples are poison, apples are good, coffee is bad, coffee is good...I am so confused.

"The Mayo Clinic Diet" is a common sense guide that says you can lose 6 to 10 pounds in 2 weeks! Lose it, Live it and even permission to slip, makes it a really good plan. It also has a long term plan to keep it off and adjust your lifestyle so you can get moving, and succeed. From the Doctors at the world famous Mayo Clinic, also included a journal to record your progress, and ideas and tools for your success.

I think this will be the jump start this fluffy old gal needs.

This book came from Anna at FSB Associates for review. Thank you!
