What a way to start the year! Perfect timing…. Small changes, one a week, for a year, can change your life, to become a healthier, happier you! Everything, from reading labels, watching what you eat, drinking more water, going outside, into the sun and giving back can make a true difference.

There are exercises, tips on being with yourself, almost any small thing you can imagine to make life better.

The chapters are short, and the tips are sensible. This might be the book that does the trick for me. It is not overwhelming, and completely do-able.
Common sense things, for sure, but the ones that often get lost in the shuffle in the fast paced lives we live.
Check this one out if you want to be happier and healthier in 2012! I am going to give it a try and hope I succeed!
