What is Mine

"What is Mine" by Anne Holt was a pleasant surprise. After getting over the different names and places (I had no idea where they were), it turned out to be a very good mystery. Stolen and murdered children left with a cryptic message and delivered back their grieving parents, plus a 40 year old child murder, lead the heroine on a journey, from Norway to America and back. Anne Holt is an amazing writer. She kept my attention, surprised me and provided me with very good entertainment for a nice weekend, reading outside, in the sun.

Started "Serpents Trail" by Sue Henry today. For a change of pace from all the heavy reading I've been doing lately, I decided to read a cozy mystery this week. This one looks like fun, with the heroine, a 63 year old RV gal and her mini-dachshund, Stretch, on the road to Colorado (home) solving the mystery of who burgled her dying friend and what they are after. I can't wait to get into this one!

  1. "What Is Mine" sounds really good. I'd never heard of it before. I'm putting it on my wishlist -- one or two of them, anyway. Norwegian literature. I'm intruigued.
