Stone Cold

With "Stone Cold", David Baldacci has done it again. I couldn't put this one down. The Camel Club, a group of former soldiers, spies are joined by one Secret Service agent, and a beautiful con artist, to take on the top government secrets men, as they go after a ruthless killer, working under his Mother's orders, seeking revenge for the murder of his Father. Navy Seal and security expert, working for Homeland Security, as well as exacting revenge,he can get into places, no one else can. Oliver Stone, the head of the Camel Club, finds his former team, being killed one by one, as he wonders if he is next. The beautiful con, is seeking revenge on Jerry Bagger, the cold, casino owner who murdered her Mother. Taking millions from him in the last book was not enough, she wants his head on a stick, or at the very least, his arrest. While the ending leaves us wondering if there will be another book, this was an excellent read. Revenge, it seems, is best served STONE COLD.
